Live quotes, macro data, social signals, and Gemini analysis use free-tier APIs when configured, with server caching and provider timeouts to keep the public demo reliable. When a provider is unavailable or rate-limited, StockSense falls back to clearly labeled snapshot data. Portfolio actions are stored only in this browser and are not brokerage-connected or synced.
